At Silion Baso, customer satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 30-day policy under the conditions below.

1. 30-Day Review Window

You have 30 days from delivery to report issues with your order.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

Since our products are made-to-order via Printful, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Replacements or refunds are offered only if:

The item is defective

The item is damaged during shipping

You received the wrong item

Items must:

Be unused and unworn

Include original tags (if applicable)

Be accompanied by proof of purchase

 

3. How to Request Assistance

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

Order number

Photos showing the defect, damage, or error

Brief description of the issue

Items should not be shipped anywhere unless explicitly instructed by Silion Baso or Printful.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized / custom products

Perishable goods

Personal care products

Hazardous materials

Sale items or gift cards

 

5. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not processed. To change an item:

Request a replacement (if eligible)

Place a new order once approved

 

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Items must:

Be unused and unworn

Include original packaging and tags

Include proof of purchase

Physical returns may not be accepted; we handle via replacement or partial refund.

 

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Silion Baso reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet policy requirements.
